Unless you’re living under a rock (or, asleep I guess…or fighting the maddening Black Friday crowds), you’ve probably heard that a teaser trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens was released online today. I’ll embed it below, for your viewing pleasure.
I’m over at Cinema Blend talking about why I’m a bit bummed we didn’t get to see Luke, Leia or Han. The trailer was AMAZING, but I was really, really hoping we’d get a glimpse of at least one member of the amazing trio. I hope you’ll follow me over to Cinema Blend. The Star Wars fandom imploded when the trailer for The Force Awakens was officially released on iTunes this morning (you can see it in theaters, too). Not to oversell it to you, but it was kind of amazing. Amazing new Sith lightsabers, cool new droids, new faces, and the Millennium Falcon even got its chance to shine. I loved it, but I couldn’t help feeling like there were three very important faces that were missing: Luke Skywalker, Leia Organa, and Han Solo.
