In case you found yourself living under a rock yesterday, this released yesterday:
So, of course, the question became when and where would this shiny, magical Deadpool trailer be dropping? Unlike the Suicide Squad trailer, this one wasn’t hurriedly released after it was initially leaked after Comic Con, so any Deadpool fans who–like myself–didn’t see the leaked trailer have been waiting a while to get their first look into the new film. Well, it looks like Conan O’Brien is the lucky winner to premiere the Merc’s official, red band trailer to the world–and it even got him a TV-MA rating.

I can hardly wait you guys. I’m so thrilled to see how they’ll do with Deadpool this time around–and though Ryan Reynolds has said this Deadpool will have no connection to the “Deadpool” from X-Men Origins: Wolverine, I’m curious if they’ll poke fun at that movie in this film. Of course, they already have made fun of that movie in the trailer teaser, so maybe that’s the only Wolverine joke we’ll see. Regardless, from everything that has been released up to now, it seems like we’re very likely to have more of the real Deadpool and none of that mouthless abomination from Wolverine.
Be sure to tune in to Conan TONIGHT at 11pmET/8pmPT on TBS for the first official, red band trailer of Deadpool (which comes to theaters on February 12, 2016).
